Gojek needed a loyalty programme that felt as big as the platform itself. GoClub was built from scratch: a full brand identity, a tier system with four distinct characters, campaign communication, and an app UI that made earning and levelling up feel genuinely rewarding. The result was a programme with its own personality, sitting confidently inside one of Southeast Asia's most recognised super apps.

GoClub needed a tier system that worked at Gojek's scale. That meant getting the names right, the characters right, and the cultural references right, all at once. Each tier had to feel distinct enough to be desirable, and grounded enough in Indonesian culture to feel native. Too similar and the progression falls flat. Too obscure and it loses people entirely.
